The program duration typically ranges from 3 to 12 months, with a minimum 3-month commitment to allow meaningful transformation to take place. As clients progress, it’s recommended to gradually taper sessions to bi-weekly and eventually monthly for continued accountability and sustained growth. The exact plan and duration are personalized based on each individual’s needs, as determined during the initial holistic assessment.

Our coaching sessions are designed to support deep personal transformation — from mindset shifts to lifestyle alignment. Each package is fully personalized and includes holistic tools to nurture lasting change.

Intro Call - 15 to 30 minutes

Tier 1: Well Spring -

Foundational Growth

Program

  • return to fundamental

    wellness and self-awareness, positive change, growth and exploration

  • 3 month/ 12 weekly sessions

Tier 2: Flow

  • Gain momentum and deeper integration of healthy habits

  • Tapered Sessions following the Well Spring for continued support and growth:

    Total of 22 sessions over 12 months.

Tier 3: Deep Well/Source

  • Personal transformation,

    restoration and replenishment.

  • Includes 22 1:1 coaching sessions, plus 2 “emergency sessions over the course of 1 year, access to breathe work (once available), and 1 in person day hike session.
